Day-to-day, you’ll be:
Looking after our wonderful customers
Serving customers and making great drinks
Creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
Delivering a fantastic customer experience
Working as part of a fun and supportive team
Most importantly, we’re looking for the right person, not necessarily someone with the perfect CV. We want someone who genuinely wants to be part of the team and grow with us — we’re looking for a long-term fit, not a short-term one.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Chef to join our Squad! 👨🍳

We’re not going to pretend that working on our lovely high street is always calm — sometimes it can be a little stressful! But that’s part of the fun, and we’re looking for someone who can keep their head, enjoy the buzz and deliver great food when things get busy.
We serve a fresh, exciting menu, and you won’t just be another pair of hands in the kitchen. We want you to be part of the full offer, with the opportunity to have your say on menu design, food specs and new dishes.
We’re looking for someone who:
Loves great food and takes pride in what they produce
Can work well under pressure
Wants to have input and bring ideas to the table
Cares about consistency and quality
Wants to become part of the team and grow with us
Most importantly, we’re looking for the right person for a long time, not the wrong person for a short time.
You’ll get two full days off every week, and we’ll support you to settle in and become part of the Squad.
