🎄✨ OUR FESTIVE MENU IS HERE! ✨🎄

We’re so excited to finally share our Festive Menu at The Bluebell, available throughout December (excluding Christmas Day & Boxing Day) as we get ready to celebrate our very first Christmas here! ❤️

Whether it’s the work Christmas do, a festive get-together with friends, or simply an excuse to enjoy some proper Christmas food, we’d love to celebrate with you.

Our festive menu has a little something for everyone, from Chicken Liver Parfait to Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, Slow-Cooked Blade of Beef, Plaice and our Leek & Wild Mushroom Wellington — followed, of course, by some very tempting festive puds! 🎅🏼🍽️

🎁 A little bit about booking…

For larger parties, we’ll ask for your choices to be pre-ordered in advance to help us make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

For smaller tables, there’s no need to pre-order — you’ll be able to choose from the Festive Menu when you visit. We just ask that if your table chooses to dine from the Festive Menu, everyone dining at the table orders from it.

For bookings of 12 people or more, a deposit will also be required to secure your booking.

This Halloween we’re throwing a party… and we’ve got an extra reason to celebrate as Adam is turning the big 4-0! 🥳🍻

Join us on Saturday 31st October from 7pm for a night of drinks, music, costumes and plenty of Halloween fun!

🎧 DJ JIB will be with us playing 80s, 90s & Halloween favourites throughout the night.

Fancy dress is definitely encouraged — and we’ll be giving a FREE DRINK to the best dressed of the night! 🧛‍♀️🧟‍♂️

Whether you know Adam or not, everyone’s welcome — come down, get dressed up and help us give him a 40th birthday (and Halloween!) to remember. 🎃

🥧 A little look at what goes into one of our favourites…

Our Steak & Ale Pies don’t arrive ready-made — they start right here in our kitchen. ❤️

Here’s a little peek behind the scenes at how our chefs make the pies you all seem to love so much, right here in The Bluebell kitchen 👨‍🍳

Beautiful steak from our local butcher, slowly cooked in a rich gravy using Woodforde’s Wherry, then individually filled and finished with freshly rolled puff pastry before heading into the oven until golden.

Homemade, local and proper pub grub — just how we like it.
