The Masons Arms Christmas menu starts Tuesday 2nd December until Christmas Eve.

Christmas Eve meals 12-3.30pm only

We do not serve this menu on Thursdays or Sundays.

You must book your table in advance.
Pre orders need to be in 1 week in advance so chef can cater for any dietary requirements.

Lunch time bookings must be 10 people or more

This has got to be one of my favorite visitors recently.
This Wolsley 1885cc MK 2 which had an MGB engine stayed here earlier in the week.
In showroom condition it was an absolute credit to its owner. It reminded me of my very own first car, a 1968 Riley elf which apparently was from the same designer. What was your first car ?

The Masons Arms Team are looking for that special person to join our team on starters and desserts working along side our chef in the kitchen.

Experience not essential as training will be provided however if you are qualified then rate of pay will be negotiable depending of experience.

This would involve evenings and weekends.
20hours a week minimum. More as there will be holiday cover.
Permanent all year round.

A few wee photos of our walk round “The Dean” tonight at Norham.

Headed down by the Boathouse to the bird hide… sat for a while and then up on top of the viaduct that you can see for miles!

Then through the fields back round the road by Norham Station, passed Birch Hill, the village hall and passed Sam’s gun shop and back to the car

Absolutely stunning. Worked in Norham 12 years and I think that’s the 3rd time iv been round there.

A beautiful night for it!
