🚨 ATTENTION ALL PROFESSIONAL DAY DRINKERS 🚨

On Sunday 28th June, the bar and restaurant will be closing to the public at 2pm to make way for a big charity event.

After 2pm, entry is strictly limited to those who have already registered. No amount of puppy-dog eyes, name-dropping, or “sure I’m only staying for one” will get you through the door.

Don’t worry—we still love you. We just have to share the place with people doing good things for the rest of the day!

Chef Mal Clarke is joining the Gowans Ballyspurge team! 👨‍🍳🔥

Please be nice to him - we’ve only just got him and we’d like to keep him 😆

He’s already been busy sprinkling his magic, creating a brand-new weekday (Monday to Thursday )menu that we can’t wait for you to try.

But that’s not all…

You’ll also find him at the weekends, bright and early, making sure nobody leaves hungry after breakfast. Bacon, eggs, fry-ups, healthy options … he’s got you covered! 🍳🥓☕🥑

We’re absolutely delighted to have Mal on board.

We’re looking for:

🔨 Bigger prizes for our auction or signed pictures/items
🕶️ Random stuff lurking about in your stockroom

Basically, anything people might aggressively wave bids at while pretending it’s “for charity” 😄
