When we took on The Newmarket, we had a clear vision.
We didn’t want to simply open the doors, sell a few pints and call it a day.
We wanted to build a proper community pub — somewhere people are proud to call their local. Somewhere for families, friends, sports fans, regulars and the wider community to come together.
And we’re putting our money where our mouth is.

🍺 Cask Marque accredited — a recent achievement recognising our commitment to quality cask ale and maintaining high standards.
🧸 Investment in our toddler soft play — continuing to make The Newmarket a place where families can spend time together before the pub opens.
🏗️ And we’re excited about the future of Earlestown.
With the regeneration works taking place across Earlestown, there is a real opportunity to breathe new life into the area, attract more people into the town and create a stronger future for local businesses and the community.
We want The Newmarket to play its part in that future.
We believe investment creates confidence. It creates jobs, improves businesses, brings people together and helps build pride in the place we call home.
We know we’re not going to get everything right every time — but what we can promise is that we are committed, we are investing and we are here for the long term.
