The OakLeaf Sports Complex is based in Newton Aycliffe, North East England. Sports facilities include Indoor Bowls Hall, 4 Squash Courts, Badminton Courts, Pickleball Courts, Table Tennis, Darts, Sports Hall which can be used for 5-A-Side Football, Archery etc...

Today, staff past and present came together to give our longest‑serving Duty Manager, Anne Watson, a truly memorable final shift as she retires from her full‑time role at the Complex.

For an incredible 36 years, Anne has shown unwavering faithfulness, devotion, and commitment to the Complex and the community it serves. Her calm leadership, deep knowledge, and dedication have shaped the place more than words can express.

Anne leaves behind a legacy built on professionalism, loyalty, and care the kind of impact only decades of service can create. She will always be part of the OakLeaf family.
