Afternoon guys,
We are blown away by all your messages of support! Mike and I really do appreciate all of your kind words ❤️

Naturally, our sudden announcement has raised a lot of questions, and some speculation as to why we are leaving, blaming having no pool table and the recent increase in energy for our departure.

And I'd just like you all to hear it from the horses mouth rather than secondhand gossip, and elaborate a little as to what "Due to circumstances beyond our control" actually means. Bearing in mind I can't share too much info just yet, as there is an ongoing dispute, but will as and when I can.

We are leaving because our lease is coming to an end. It was meant to end December 2024, where we would've hoped to have been signed up to a new shiny lease with the building owner, but during the process many issues including building and a legal issue came up, In addition to this we discovered our landlords lease actually ends October 7th 2024, not December 2024.

📣 Big Announcement 📣

Mike and I would like to thank all of our staff, friends and family for their immense support over the last year, it's been a pleasure working with you.

We'd also like to thank our customers for trusting us with your most intimate of family gatherings from celebrating a coming of age to saying goodbye to a loved one, we have throughly enjoyed hosting you, Thank you!

But now it's our time to say goodbye, It greaves us to bring you some sad news sorry guys. " Due to circumstances beyond our control " in just under 10 days we will be closing our doors for good and having our very last Sunday Lunch on the 1st September. We remain open till then, bookings / Functions are unaffected and we will continue the Sunday dinner Giveway competition till the 1st.

Everything in the building is for sale! On bank holiday Monday we will be having a table top sale of our own and selling off a lot of things we dont immediately need.

There's a lot that needs to go but still need it till our final day, so will be accepting deposits to secure things like flooring, fridges, cookers, tables, chairs etc.

We built a business with tons of potential from a dead building, least we can leave with our heads high, knowing we made so many people happy and proud at what we achieved.
