Yes we know it’s hot and we still want you to come and enjoy drinks and meals with us.. we may need some down time in the kitchen and we may be slower than usual, the kitchen isn’t air conditioned as a lot of you think or we would be serving cold food
We have and open grill , so imagine standing next to a BBQ for 8 hours
We are not looking for sympathy as it’s the job we love to do , however we don’t appreciate rudeness towards the team.
