From preparing desserts late at night to setting tables in the morning and serving 80+ guests with starters, mains and sweet treats✨

A little chaos, lots of coffee, hundreds of plates later… we did it again ❤️

Very tired, but very grateful.

Preparing +80 cheesecake cups for an event means paying attention to every single detail.
After adding the biscuit base, each cup is carefully brushed by hand to remove any traces of crumble, because presentation matters just as much as taste.❤️
