I just want to say a big thank you to everyone for tonight. The support means a lot, and it’s great to see both familiar and new faces coming through. The atmosphere in the bar has really improved, and it’s clear things are changing for the better.
It’s also been amazing to see the positive support towards the staff and the level of customer service we’re providing. Hearing that some of the pints are the best people have had really shows that we’re not cutting corners and are focused on giving our customers the best possible experience.
Thanks again to everyone who made it such a great night — we really appreciate it

Our colours are changing to black, white and gold to match the local team – turning the place into a proper Geordie bar! We’re doing it section by section so we can stay open for you while the work happens. 🔨🍻
Thanks for sticking with us while we freshen things up. We’re hoping to have everything finished and ready for a grand re-open on Monday – that’s the aim!

As we continue this new chapter with the bar under new ownership, we just want to take a moment to say a massive thank you to all of our amazing customers. Your continued support means everything to us.
During this transition we’re working hard to bring back some of the good old ways that made this place special, while also looking ahead and building an even better future for everyone who walks through our doors. None of this would be possible without you.
