Congratulations to Gary Wilson on making tonight's British Open final after beating another local lad and good friend Elliot Slessor in yesterdays semi final.

Best of luck for tonight and hope you bring the trophy home.

Gary Wilson is aiming to capture his first ranking title when he faces Mark Williams in the 2021 British Open final on Sunday.

We are getting close to reopening our doors again after a long, long winter.

Following government guidelines snooker clubs are placed in Step 3 and cannot reopen until 17th May at the earliest.

We will therefore reopen on Wednesday 19th May as long as the Government do not alter their planned reopening schedule.

Unfortunately we will be CLOSED temporarily from today, Sunday 18th October.
We are concerned about the rise of Covid19 cases in Newcastle and the local area. We will continue to monitor the situation and will reopen as soon as the situation improves.
We apologise for any inconvenience but believe the welfare and safety of our members, their guests and staff is our primary aim.

We will be reopening next Wedenesday, 29th July at 1PM.

Been a while but we can finally get back on the baize and get that magic 147 :-)

There will be some changes, please book a table in advance.
Members can pre-book tables as usual and that includes here on FB just up until I reopen and then telephone

during normal opening times,
From 1pm Tuesday through to Sunday.

Non-members can book tables on the day if they are available by phoning the number above during opening times.
Please pre-book a table before you come to the club as there is limited availability and we must limit the amount of people entering the premises due to Covid19
We ask all our members and non-members to follow all Covid19 guidelines whilst at the premises, this includes restricted access so please pre-book to avoid disappointment.

Again I must stress you must pre-book for the time being. If you have any questions please feel free to telephone once we're back open or here on FB and I will try and get back to you asap.

We still have a little more work to complete before we reopen our doors. As soon as we have a confirmed opening date I will post it here.
There will be some restrictions in place due to the ongoing Covid19 situation but after 4 months it'll be good to get back on the tables.
Again, I will post about any restrictions etc. here once we have a confirmed date.

WPBSA/EPSB have today (30 June) received further guidance from DCMS Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport as follows:

“Licensed premises will be able to open from 4 July in their capacity as bars and restaurants but not for indoor sport use. Any opening will need to follow the government's guidance for pubs, bars and restaurants.”
