Hi all. Some of you may know Zoe, she has been a staple in Newcastle Hospitality for as long as i can remember or you may have eaten her amazing food in the form of Veganatomy.

She has had some unexpected news recently and needs some support. OK, a little rant.

I bought these little taster glasses, they seemed like a bit of fun and just a nice thing to serve a little sample in. People seemed to enjoy them.

We started with 12, we now have 5. Anything slightly nice or different just seems to get stolen and it's got me thinking that there isn't any point in replacing them anymore. (we have also had a set of dominos and some sets of playing cards nicked recently too)

These may appear small but costs on replacing stuff starts adding up especially when it's happening quite regularly. We don't want to make the bar a soulless boring dive but really getting jaded by this selfish behaviour now.

So please, if you are thinking of nicking from small independent businesses just remember that even the small things start to add up.

WE CAN ALL USE NICE THINGS AND SHARE THEM. IMAGINE.
