The Role.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and exceptional Restaurant Manager to help with the launch and running of a new venue. This venture will be a multi-facet environment, delivering food and drink with a high level of quality and service at its heart. If you’re an accomplished food and drink specialist who would enjoy the challenge of developing, launching and running an exciting new venue then this role is for you.
What we are looking for.
You will proactively manage the cafe/bar and event spaces with a focus on achieving consistently exceptional service. Driven to protect and enhance the venue's reputation. Therefore you must have extensive experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment. You will have proven Management and Leadership competence, excellent communication and organisational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer care. You pride yourself on being honest and reliable; a manager whom their peers look up to for guidance and are dependable in high-pressure situations. You must have a strong work ethic, cope well in a busy environment, are hands-on, and hold your team to the same standards. You will be responsible; a manager who always looks towards the solution, will take on responsibility and overcome problems without hesitation. Your role will be responsible for the smooth operation of the venue, assist in growing the business, developing and mentoring your team. You will display effective daily management through coordination and planning of your team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
