Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Manager

Job Overview

The Ranch Breakfast Bar And Grill is seeking a hands-on, community-minded Front of House
Manager to lead our floor operations. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on treating our guests and staff like family. You will
be the face of our restaurant during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, ensuring that every guest experiences the warm, high-quality hospitality we are known for.

Key Responsibilities

Open Availability: Ability to work early morning breakfast shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Staff Scheduling (Rotas):

Create and manage weekly rotas that balance labor budgets with peak restaurant hours, ensuring optimal floor coverage for busy breakfast and dinner shifts.

Lead the Floor:

Oversee daily FOH shifts, managing the floor flow, seating, and service pacing during peak breakfast rushes and dinner service.

Staff Leadership:

Hire, train, schedule, and mentor our tight-knit team of hosts, servers, and bartenders, maintaining a supportive and positive family work culture.

Guest Relations:

Greet regular guests, welcome newcomers, and quickly resolve any customer service issues with empathy and care.

Operational Duties:

Manage open/close cash drawers, handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, and coordinate closely with the kitchen staff for smooth service.

Inventory Control:

Monitor and order front-of-house supplies, bar inventory, and coffee station essentials.

Experience:

2 to 5 years working in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant supervisory roles.

Salary:

Wages to be negotiated based on experience.

Howdy Y’all
As you maybe aware we have been working tirelessly around the clock improving our facilities at The Ranch and making it better for all our amazing customers❤️
With it being slightly bigger with the space we had we can introduce to you our first ever Midweek Roast Carvery starting in October in the evenings every Wednesday just in time for the cooler weather in our stunning new dining room with the bigger and better fireplace which will surely keep you warm.

We haven’t uploaded any photos of the new set up as of yet so keep your eyes peeled as we need to thank the ones that helped make it all happen we couldn’t be more proud of all the hard work and the final outcome achieved by everyone involved it really is something we know everyone will love ❤️
