Believe it whe you see it yes we have hit record temps in the kitchen this evening 59.7c at one end and 53.3c mid kitchen how could we hit these temps 🤔 a 3 course Roast dinner for a wedding party in this heat
Hats off to all our staff for working in this and to be fair not one moan from anyone
And on this note we are going to give everyone a day off here at The Ranch tomorrow as temps are to sore again and the welfare of everyone is more important than disappointing a few customers but we know you will all understand
