The Telegraph Inn is a charming 17th Century Public House that has been recently refurbished, in keeping with the Traditions and History of the building to offer the perfect place to relax and unwind. Come and have a drink in our cosy lounge area next to the Log Fire or the Dining Experience in out Tasteful 40 seater Restaurant. Our menu has been designed using locally sourced, seasonal produce offering an a la carte Restaurant menu as well as an extensive bar menu.

After running the Telegraph for nearly 12 years and 26 years in the industry we have decided to leave and spend some quality time with our family and have a more normal life as people say!

We would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff that have worked for us over the years and especially the staff that will stay with us until the end, they are more like family and majority of them will also be leaving with us ❤️

We have some very fond memories at The Telegraph, we have had some fantastic times but also some difficult times, but we have persisted and never gave up.

To the friends we have made and the people we have met over the years we will miss you loads. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make The Telegraph pub a special place ❤️

Our last day at The Telegraph will be Wednesday 12th July but our last food service day is Saturday 8th July.

Sunday 2nd July is our last ever roast dinners so get booked in!!

Next week our opening times are slightly reduced

Friday 4pm- 11pm
Saturday 12pm- 11pm
Sunday 12pm-8pm

If you wish to dine with us before our chef also departs I would recommend booking as we will be running with a reduced menu.

Hopefully you come and say farewell before we go as it would be lovely to see you

Our kitchen opens at 5.30pm this evening and our chef has prepared some delicious specials

Due to a private function on Sunday our kitchen will be serving food 12pm- 2.30pm and our full menu will be available but no Sunday Roasts.The pub will be closed at the slightly earlier time of 6.30pm

Don’t forget Father’s Day on Sunday, we do have some availability, but I wouldn’t leave it too late to book
