The Courier review 👀

I do have my own views on the recent walk-in Courier review… but having a pop back probably isn’t going to solve anything! 😂

What I will say is we’re going through roughly 24kg of haddock every week, and we can assure you the vast majority have been absolutely top notch 👌😉

A big thanks to E&O Fish in Arbroath for keeping us well stocked with quality fish week after week! 🐟

And strangely, I didn’t see quite as many comments about the positive macaroni cheese review… 😂 The social media negativity crowd really are something else!

Sooooooo… onto something much more important — our fantastic staff. ❤️

Since taking over and opening the doors, we’ve broken so many records in such a short space of time. This place is absolutely rocking right now!

Most nights there’s barely a seat in the house. Of course, during a complete restaurant turnaround, a few things have gone amiss along the way — we’re human.

But this last week? The team have absolutely nailed it. 💪

Turning around a busy restaurant isn’t easy, but every single one of our guys has risen to the challenge and we couldn’t be prouder of them.

Now we’re ready for another massive Saturday & Sunday! 🔥

And finally, a huge THANK YOU to all our lovely customers who have supported us, encouraged us and been so kind. It genuinely means a lot.

What a unbelievable weekend it has been!

The atmosphere around the place has been amazing with so many amazing customers that really have showed support and really appreciate what we have done to The Milton Inn

Not a great post today but something we need to say.

Some of our team last night had to suffer verbal abuse from a small portion of customers last night which is totally unacceptable.

We had a completely full restaurant and bar last night and as a team where we're pushed to our limits and accommodated as much as we possibly could.

No one should suffer any abuse at the place of work and certainly not from members of the public.

Bringing hard working staff members to tears due a mix up with a drinks order or a delay in getting your food is something we won't tolerate and I will happily ask you to leave of this ever happens again
