After twenty wonderful years, Vicky is calling time on her life behind the bar of the Sun Inn. But as one chapter closes, we look forward to an exciting new one, with plans underway for a community-led project to help keep this much-loved pub open for the future. More details will be shared by the community steering group in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, we invite everyone who would like to say goodbye, and enjoy one last drink with Vicky, to join us on Saturday 28th March as we raise a glass to celebrate her retirement. There will also be live music from Victoria starting at 7pm.
Vicky would like to sincerely thank all her customers for their loyal support over the years, as well as the fantastic staff who have helped make the pub such a success.
We wish the community every success moving forward and hope you will continue to support them.

Please be aware that the pub will close this evening at 7pm to ensure staff can get home safely before the adverse weather forecasted for this evening.

We will be open on New Year’s Eve from 3-9pm, and open on New Year’s Day from 1:30 until 8:30. No food will be available on these dates. We hope to see you for a celebratory drink! 🍻
