So there is still a couple tables still for our opening weekend starting this Friday for our 7 course tasting menu! £60 per person, including a free glass of fizz on arrival and bread baked fresh on the day!
Aprils menu will be as follows:
Crispy Porlock bay oyster, XO sauce, ginger
Salt baked celeriac, hazelnuts, onion noisette
Herb rolled beef, Shimeji mushroom, Parmesan, watercress
Crab and basil tortellini, porthilly sauce
Lillycombe venison, wild garlic, beetroot
Iced coconut parfait, pineapple salsa, cashews, lemongrass and chilli foam
Cheese scone, torched Brie, red wine and bacon shallot jam, truffle oil
All dietary requests/allergies are welcomed and the menu will be tailored to suit your needs!
