Summer Newsletter
As you read this Spring has ended and Summer beckons with hopefully better weather than at its start!
And so we are delighted to announce that the refurbished Roman Crown will open for business on Friday 19th June for breakfast from 9:00am till 11:00. The food menu will be available from 12:00 noon till 8:00pm and the bar will be open from 12:00 noon till 10:00pm. Alex and Dan have done a lot of work to refresh the place, and we hope you will come down and enjoy what’s on offer. To start with there will be a cafe / bar and outdoor space. An announcement of the opening of the new restaurant will follow.
We are also happy to confirm that Tenderleaf Clinic has settled into their new premises at Unit 1A and more work has been carried out on the roof to finally prevent leaks. Snipaholix has benefitted from a new door and side light and quotes are awaited to repair the windows around the squash courts where the glass is cracked and the frames rotten.
All of this has been achieved whilst keeping the Equal Contribution at the lowest it has been during my time as a resident.
Our next goal is the Annual meeting which is planned for Sunday 13th September at 10:30 in the function room of the Roman Crown. Please SAVE the DATE and paperwork and details will be sent out by early August. We hope as many of you as possible will join us
