Did you catch Saturday Kitchen this morning?

Our friends at Lush Wines Ltd were featured as Matt Tebbutt and wine expert Olly Smith sampled Coquille de Fleur Cinsault Rosé – one of their standout summer wines!

Olly described it as “danger juice” and “peach on a beach”, which pretty much sums up everything you could want from a summer rosé!

Ali has built an incredible portfolio of wines from around the world, with something to suit every taste and occasion. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or just looking for your next favourite bottle, they’re well worth checking out!

Fresh from the Pembrokeshire coast and packed with local flavour. If you love seafood, this is one you won’t want to miss - available from Thursday!

• Atlantic Edge Pembrokeshire Oysters
Farmed in Angle Bay and served with a classic shallot & red wine vinegar dressing.

• Pan-Fried Octopus
Caught in St Brides Bay and landed into Milford Docks before heading straight to our kitchen. Served with roasted red pepper romesco, basil pesto, herb pangrattato, crispy capers and charred lemon.

• Grilled Pembrokeshire Lobster
Caught by local fisherman Danny Curtis and delivered direct from his boat Wren & Rose. Served grilled with garlic butter or thermidor.

• Pan Fried Skate Wing
A timeless classic with lemon & caper butter, Pembrokeshire new potatoes from Richard Hayman at Hook Norton Farm and seasonal vegetables.

• Surf & Turf Royale
Half Pembrokeshire lobster thermidor paired with our Prendergast butcher’s cheeseburger, truffle & parmesan fries and rocket.

• Oven Baked Cod Loin
Panko & Serrano crumb, pea & mint purée, charred baby gem, crushed roast garlic potatoes and white wine velouté.

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated us and supported us throughout “Where in the West is the Best” - it genuinely means the world to our little team!

Pembrokeshire’s food and hospitality scene is something really special and we’re proud to be flying the flag alongside so many brilliant local businesses.

The awards take place on Thursday 16th July and we’d love to see plenty of familiar faces there celebrating local food, drink and hospitality at its best 🥂

Caught in St Brides Bay by Danny Curtis of aboard the Wren & Rose on Friday morning and in our kitchen by the afternoon - proper boat-to-plate seafood from the Pembrokeshire coast!
