Kitchen closed today. Half of them are on holiday and the chefs half dead after weekend. So giving him a day off. What a brilliant weekend it was.

Tommy the regulars 60th on Friday, mega band indietweeners Saturday and a packed Sunday dinner service and jam with Dan yesterday. I’ve had about 6 hours sleep all weekend but it’s been a belter.

Monday Club - Manchester pale ale £2.50 a pint.

I’m having a debate with Kai, he says broccoli doesn’t go on it. I recon it does.

I want to do smashed burgers. I just think they’re better. What’s the best burger?

I think I’d have a rodeo burger with bacon bbq and onion rings. Although I recon a a smashed burger topped with pulled brisket and peppercorn would be nice.

I might do a mega burger. An undefeatable one.

Also kitchen open today after 3pm we are just preparing pies and stuff. Had to chuck everything away after the electrical issue. Back to normal this afternoon
