We raised £610 from raffle that’s going to Maggie’s cancer charity. In memory of Imelda and Mani. Can’t think of a more fitting way of raising money than at a local music gig. They’ll be buzzing up there. Lazarus the band have donated their fee after expenses to the cause too, deffo didn’t cry when they told me 😕 that made it £810. Kerry and Kai the bar staff just gave me £60 and I’ll top up the £130 to make it a grand. I’ll do the draw tomorrow for the prizes and ring everyone who won.
Maggie’s a manc cancer charity help people live with cancer. I went on their website and it’s just amazing what they do. Such a worthy cause.
