Based on Baker Street in Middlesbrough’s cultural quarter, The Twisted Lip is a gem of a place, tucked away from the mainstream, bang in the centre of the town. We like to do things a little differently in here, whether it’s the beers we serve or the music we play, we're always keeping the standard at its highest. With the vibe nice and lovely throughout, it really is a sociable place to spend your valuable time. We make sure we keep the audience in check, and operate a no nonsense approach which makes it great for the overall public, whatever age, orientation or sexual situation we want you in here, feeling safe, welcome and thirsty for more! Serving up an amazing range of real ale, craft beer and worldwide spirits, something for every palate.

So if you're out and about for Blossoms this evening why not pop in for a few bevvies before? And after 😜

Just landed from Durham Brewery...

3.9% Fable Pale Ale with Beautiful Belma hops throughout creating notes of sweet strawberry, melon, orange and citrus with a clean and refreshing grapefruit bitterness.

6% Smoking Blonde, first brewed to celebrate their 21st Anniversary in 2015. Golden, with an aroma of oak smoked peach derived from the use of Citra hops and Oak Smoked Wheat. A full velvety mouthfeel with soft marmalade bitterness. More smoked peach in the body with a kick of coriander. Smoky finish.

And from Three Brothers Brewing Co, 5% Brandy Snap Milk Stout. Brewed using Challenger hops, eight different malts, and sweet/festive flavor profiles inspired by traditional brandy snap biscuits.

Plus, if that wasn't enough it's only Open Mic Night tonight to boot!!! What more do you want??? 😁🍺🎸
