Meet Ralphie 🐾
At 13 years young, Ralphie has perfected the art of taking it easy.
His favourite pastime? Sunbathing on a real sunbed, followed by a well-earned nap.
Sounds like he’s got life pretty well figured out to us.
Another very deserving member of The Gazelle Good Dog Club. 🐶

Good dishes start with good ingredients.
Our sea bass comes to us through Mermaid Seafoods in Llandudno - a trusted North Wales supplier known for quality seafood - before being turned into this:
Sea bass fillet with peppers, olives & courgette, tomato, garlic & basil sauce and roasted new potatoes.
Fresh ingredients, carefully prepared, and served with a view of the Menai Strait.

September may have arrived..... but we’re not giving up on the terrace just yet. ☀️
Tomorrow is looking dry, bright and pleasantly mild, so if the sunshine makes an appearance, make the most of it with a drink, something good to eat and a seat overlooking the Menai Strait.
Because there are still a few outdoor days left in this year yet. 🍻

Wales doing what Wales does best... 🌧️

Luckily, wet weather is the perfect excuse to get cosy by the fire and settle in with something good.

Take your pick: fresh sea bass with Mediterranean vegetables, tomato, garlic & basil sauce and roasted new potatoes - or a hearty steak & Welsh ale pie with triple-cooked chips and red w**e gravy.

Best enjoyed right here, with a drink in hand and our rather unique view across the Menai Strait. 🌊

Belle is a 6-year-old Maltipoo who is still completely convinced she’s human.
Her owners’ approach? “We just let her believe it.” 😂

Meet Hywel 👋
You’ll usually find him either managing the bar or making sure The Gazelle keeps on running behind the scenes.
Originally from Colombia, Hywel is also a veteran of the Colombian Army - so there’s a bit more to him than pouring a good pint.
His drink of choice is Guinness or rum, and when it comes to the menu, being chief taste tester for new dishes is apparently the best perk of the job 😁
That said, the chowder and salt & pepper calamari are firm favourites.
