Raz popped over to Renison's Farm, just 3 miles from the pub, to collect our eggs… and somehow ended up having a full conversation with the chickens! 🐔🥚😂

This week we’ve got the The Chippy Van The Chippie Van coming on Wednesday, while we’re also juggling lots of preparation and coordination for the pub refurb. Busy times, but exciting ones! 🍻🔨

A huge thank you to our Chris Dodsworth sharing his homegrown chillies with us. He knows everything about them — from the mildest little kick to the ones that will seriously test you! 🔥

We absolutely love the passion, knowledge and generosity that people bring into our little community. It’s exactly what makes the pub feel so special.

We’re now open from 12 noon, Wednesday to Sunday.

Food is served:
🍴 Wednesday–Saturday: 12–2.30pm & 5–8pm
🍴 Sunday: 12–7pm

Whether it’s lunch, dinner, Sunday lunch or just a pint, we’ll see you at the bar. 🍺

🚗🚜 What’s Az been driving this week?

Being at the foot of Hartside Pass, we get a lot of interesting vehicles stopping off at The Shepherds Inn — and every now and then, Az manages to blag the keys! 😂

This week she’s been behind the wheel of a Triumph TR6, a Massey Ferguson 135 and an Austin 7.

Not a bad little collection!
