🔥With temperatures on the rise, please spare a thought for our old boy Shaun in the kitchen!
While you're enjoying a nice cold drink, Shaun is currently working in what can only be described as a sauna with an oven in it. 🥵👨‍🍳
If your food takes a little longer than usual, please be patient. He's doing his best while slowly being roasted more thoroughly than any Sunday roast we've ever served!
Unfortunately, due to the extreme temperatures in the kitchen, Chippy Tea will be cancelled this evening. Even Shaun has his limits, and we're trying to stop him from turning into the catch of the day! 🐟😂
The kitchen will be open from 12pm until 2pm
Thanks for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We'll be back to normal as soon as the heatwave gives us all a break!

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful dads out there! 💙
Today, we're taking a moment to celebrate and appreciate all the fathers, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures who make such a difference in our lives.
Shaun and I feel incredibly lucky and blessed to still have our dads with us. My dad, Cyril, is 93 this year, and Shaun's dad, Mike, is 85, and we cherish every moment we get to spend with them.
We'd like to wish both our dads a very Happy Father's Day and thank them for all the love, , support, and memories they've given us over the years.
A special mention goes to Mike, who is currently in hospital. We're all thinking of him and sending our love, along with our very best wishes for a speedy recovery. ❤️
Wishing everyone a wonderful Father's Day filled with love, and precious moments with family.

We're not entirely sure how that happened, but we're definitely not complaining!
