As you may have heard, Monty's in Marlow has finally opened its doors. Thank you for bearing with us through the soft opening, the staff have been trained, the menus tweaked, the sound system tested and the website is about to go live. For those of you who don’t know we are a cocktail lounge and terrace serving signature drinks and a beach club-inspired food menu through the afternoon, turning into a late-night party venue. Monty's as a concept is ultimately about offering a fun, welcoming environment for all ages with a focus on quality and where the guest experience is key. Our mantra is 'life as it should be', paying attention to the little things, the things that make a difference between a good time and a great time. Monty's isn’t just another venue, it's a destination for those who seek a destination beyond the ordinary. It’s a place that feels both like an escape and a coming home. To help us create this we are inviting people to become members. The whole ethos isn't to be exclusionary or elitist, rather it is a way to build a community of lovely people who appreciate what we are trying to achieve - in effect, your vibe attracts our tribe. It helps create a sense of ownership and belonging, of having an investment in something that isn't monetary. To be able to be part of somewhere comfortable, where you can enjoy amazing cocktails, great food and have a good dance surrounded by people all wanting the same thing and contributing to creating an environment we can all enjoy. www.montysmarlow.com

We’re building our dream team for the biggest season yet 🍸🔥

Monty’s is a cocktail bar, lounge, restaurant & late-night party venue — and we’re looking for fun, talented people who bring the energy as much as the skill.

We’re hiring across:
🍹 Bartenders — shake it, stir it, own it
🕺 Floor Staff — the face of the night
👑 Management — lead the team, set the tone

Autumn is coming and the party season doesn’t stop. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love what you do — we want to hear from you.

Competitive rates. Great team. Legendary nights.

📩 DM us or drop your CV in — let’s talk.
