GREAT NEWS — OUR KITCHEN IS RE-OPENING🍽️

We’re very excited to be opening the kitchen back up TODAY from 6–8:30pm! 🎉

And going forward, our kitchen hours will be:

Wednesday – Saturday
🍴 12–3pm
🍴 6–8:30pm

We’ll be serving our full pub menu, as well as a sandwich menu at lunchtimes for something a little lighter.

Then on Sundays… 🍽️
🥕 Full Sunday Roast | 12–3pm

Booking is recommended for Sunday roasts, as we have limited amounts of roast available.

🍻 A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE BARLEYCORN!

We’re very excited to introduce the new owner of the Barleycorn Inn, Sarah! ❤️

A little bit about Sarah, in her own words:

I grew up in Somerset and have lived in both England and Australia, returning to England permanently at the end of last year as my two boys, George and Jack, are both now living and working permanently here.

I’ve had a hotel, two restaurants and a pub for 10 years in Wiltshire, near Avebury. We’ve been looking to buy a pub where I could live and run it, and along the way I came across the Barleycorn Inn. I’ve always just loved it! So the long-term plan is to buy it, and I hope it won’t be long until I’m thought of as a local!

I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone. I already feel as if I’ve come home! Hope to see you all soon.
