Another sunny Saturday, the beer garden is open - all the better for enjoying a nice crisp pint of cold cider. Or something else I suppose, but cider is my choice in this weather. A pint of Inch's and a lovely BLT with Alex's homemade ale bread.

We are FULLY BOOKED INSIDE for lunch today.

There are tables available to book OUTSIDE, but at this point you will be at the mercy of the weather (though that looks kinder on the forecast right now than it has the rest of the week preceeding...), so by all means come on down, but please do so in full knowledge that there is ZERO chance of moving your OUTSIDE table INSIDE.

Mothering Sunday bookings are coming thick and fast ladies and gents!

We have some tables in our last sitting, as we are also offering a one-off; a fourth sitting at 1845-2045hrs, giving the opportunity for a late Sunday Dinner rather than Lunch at that point!

Sunday 15th sittings are therefore as follows;

1200 - 1400hrs - FULLY BOOKED!
1415 - 1615hrs - FULLY BOOKED!
1630 - 1830hrs - FULLY BOOKED!
1845 - 2045hrs. - 4x tables of 2 (or 1 of up to 6 and a 2) remaining.

Ladies and gentlemen!

The Who'd A will be CLOSED this coming Friday (27/02/2026).

SSE are taking the power offline for a planned outage of 9hrs, ostensibly from 0830hrs to 1730hrs - but my level of faith in SSE does not extend so very far, and I naturally expect the power to be off for considerably longer.

No power = no food, no till, no phone, no internet, no card machines, no point. Normal service will resume on Saturday at 1200hrs as usual!
