Ladies and gentlemen!

The Who'd A will be closed this week on Thursday 25th.

40°C and humid. I cannot ask staff to work in that and I won't.

Never mind staff, 40°C outside means near enough 50°C in the kitchen, and likely closing on 60°C over the hot-top where Alex spends most of his day.

Apologies for any inconvenience but it would be unconscionable asking anyone to work this job in this heat as far as we are concerned.

Another sunny Saturday, the beer garden is open - all the better for enjoying a nice crisp pint of cold cider. Or something else I suppose, but cider is my choice in this weather. A pint of Inch's and a lovely BLT with Alex's homemade ale bread.
