Wine choice of the week -

Rosé. Rosé and sun or sun and rosé, they just go hand in hand don’t they?! We have a fantastic and wide variety of rosé for you to choose from, prosecco, Portuguese, Italian, classical dry french, something a bit on the sweeter side or if you’re looking for something special a gorgeous rosé champagne.

All can be enjoyed in the sun on our south facing terrace and a select few can be enjoyed by the glass, please ask at the bar or a members of staff for more details on these fantastic wines.

Zeni Bardolino 12.5% ABV

Light to medium bodied and full of lovely red fruits this is a perfect Italian to get you in the mood for summer, paired well with the Meze, Baked Stuffed Fig, Garlic Butter Chicken & the Vegetable and Goats Cheese Crepe

This is also a Classico meaning that it is grown in the heartland of the appellation, found on the western edge of Veneto at the shores of Lake Garda

The only picture we managed to take on Friday night at the end of service! What an amazing night and thank you all so much for coming and supporting our newest venture, 60 pizza sell out in two and a half hours it not what we expected but what a great evening it made it!!

We’ll be back this Friday serving again, the weather doesn’t look as favourable this week but pizzas can be enjoyed in the bar also or takeaway, we’ll see you from 4:30pm Friday afternoon

Important Notice, please read!

We are absolutely blown away by the response to our new pizza venture and with the weather looking as good as it does on Friday we’re expecting a busy night! Thank you to everyone who has messaged, stopped us in the street and shown support to us, we are super excited to get rolling!

Please be mindful that even with months of practice this is our first night serving to the public, we are working on a first come first serve basis until we sell out (hopefully), during busy periods lengthy waits may occur but we refuse to compromise on quality to speed things through, so please enjoy the sun on the terrace, the fantastic drinks selection the pub has to offer and we’ll work as fast as we can to provide you with the best quality pizzas!

Pizzas can be enjoyed on the terrace, in the bar or takeaway, we will not be offering this service in the restaurant and bookings cannot be made for pizzas.

Enjoy your first look at our menu and we’ll see you all Friday from 16:30 🍕

Friday nights just got a lot better at The Bay Horse, classic Neapolitan Pizza from 4:30pm - 8:30pm available in the bar and on the terrace.

We have been working on this for a few months now including a trip to Naples the home of Neapolitan Pizza to make sure we have perfected our recipe.

We are launching The Primo Pizza Company this Friday and we will be selling classic Neapolitan pizzas to be enjoyed in the bar, terrace or take away from 4:30pm until 8:30pm

Homemade dough from scratch, the finest Italian ingredients on a traditional high quality base, we’ll be dropping our menu later this week but come and see for yourselves this Friday
