I would sincerely like to thank every single one of our customers and team members including all of my family who have been an integral part of the whole journey and have all worked there at one time or another. It has been a true family business and an indescribable journey.
Things have changed immeasurably recently in the UK, the world and all of our lives. Sometimes you just want to go where someone knows your name. It's small moments of kindness and respect that make this journey a little easier when there is so often so much horror in the world.
Here is a short but possibly long pictorial history, but I'd forgotten how much we did.
Thank you again and one thing I've learnt over my years in hospitality is that we can always be a little nicer to each other and spare a moment for what someone may be going through which would help make a better world.
This is the end of a chapter but not the story. And if you want to read more of the story behind what we created then my book is out shortly and buying it will go some way to helping me buy a Jag!
