We’d just like to clarify that the Tiki Bar is no longer run by Mar Mar. We loved every second of running Mar Mar Beach Bar last summer and it was not our decision not to return this year. Sadly due to the illegality of the site and mismanagement by the Sun Deck it was impossible for a permanent alcohol license to be granted to the bar, even though Mar Mar was supported by the local council and the site owner. We’re very surprised to see that the tiki bar will be re-opening; the Sun Deck informed us that it was being re-purposed. We’re only sad that it won’t be us serving your drinks! But the good news is you can find us in our new café, bar + shop at No. 80. Northdown Road. Thank you all for the brilliant time we had last year, it was perfect.
EASTER WEEKEND! Tiki Bar will be open 12pm-11pm Saturday and Sunday! We have warm cocktails, fire pits and blankets to watch the sunset! Look out for our grand opening... may bank holiday!! We have an EASTER EGG HUNT FOR THE KIDS from 10am and 2pm on Saturday. Look forward to seeing you all then!
