You can reserve your tables now! We weren’t sure if we’d proceed in May as it’s nigh on impossible to run the quiz if the weather is really good, but due to the inclement weather predicted next week, it’s a go atm! Margate Rock // 5.5% // Fruited Sour

A tart raspberry and blackcurrant sour with a hint of vanilla. It's our first ever sour beer and we couldn't be happier with the result!

A complex grain bill with a hefty dose of oats and wheat give it a smooth and full body with a delightful head and little bit of sweetness to balance the acidity.

Great Beyond Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery based in Hoxton, East London, founded by three beer loving friends and experienced brewers, Ollie, Nick and John. Their approach to brewing emphasises quality, sustainability, and creativity, passionate about combining the best ingredients and techniques to produce beers that inspire and delight their customers.

We’ve got 3 of their tap room exclusives as part of the TTO, as in, they’ve only ever poured them at their brewery in Hoxton, so exclusive - no tap badges! special stuff 🍺 Scroll through the pictures to see the line up on rotation.

Not only that, we’ve done our first ever sour as a colab with them. Called Margate Rock - A lip puckering raspberry & blackcurrant fruited sour, with a hint of vanilla. Inspired by the infamous Margate fruit rock candy.

Brewing small batch craft beer, with a mythical edge. Based in Sheepscar just outside of Leeds City Centre. Known for BIG stouts, wild concepts & some of the most distinctive label art in the uk.

This is how happy we all are that our beloved Bridie is leaving us after 5 wonderful years behind the taps at Xylo. She will be sorely missed by us all, and we know you will too. (Don’t worry she’s staying in Margz).
