We have a “try before you buy” policy at Sète - anything that is open you can sample before committing to a whole glass.
And in doing that, we’ve convinced Chardonnay haters to give her a second chance. We’ve talked “big red w**e” drinkers into enjoying a light red that has a depth of flavour, without the weight they are so accustomed to, and we’ve turned Prosecco sippers into Pet Nat enthusiasts.

Approachable tasting notes (think, foam bananas and pineapple gummi bears)
Pairing suggestions (like late night Macca’s, leftover roast dinner, Peter’s Fish & Chips).

With a consideration for the seasons and w**e WE like to drink, taking your personal preferences into account.
