Last month we had a shoot with Always The Same and thought we’d bring a bit more of them to our page.

We picked the obvious hot topic… coffee.

Jake, the owner of Always The Same, gave us a little insight into his business, his coffee and what goes on behind the scenes.

Jake is here Tuesday through Sunday, serving up delicious coffee and pastries from the little Always The Same concession INSIDE The Wild Alderman.

It’s been a pretty fun concept having two businesses under one roof, and it’s been great seeing some new faces coming through the pub because of it.

We’ve been listening to what you lot enjoy ordering and making a few changes to the menu.

We’re leaning into the pub favourites, extending the burger selection and putting more focus on the dishes that are already proving popular.

A few new additions, some familiar favourites and plenty to look forward to.

Come for a coffee, stay for a pint.

If you haven’t heard yet, Always The Same have opened their new café inside The Wild Alderman, and it’s been a brilliant addition to the pub. We’ve loved having their coffee alongside our breakfast menu, and it’s something a little different for us here.

If you haven’t tried it yet, come and give it a go. Grab a coffee, get some breakfast and, if you fancy it, stay for a pint.
