Iberico pork presa, brown butter, lemon, capers & cornichons.

Marinated first in lemon, garlic, paprika & cumin, the pork is chargrilled until slightly pink in the middle and finished with brown butter, lemon juice, capers, cornichons & fresh parsley.

25-30 hours per week.
