Next up, it’s the King of Hyde himself… Head Chef Owen!
Owen joined the Didsbury two years ago at just 20, becoming the youngest Head Chef in the company. Safe to say, he knows his way around a kitchen.
His go to on the menu is the Lasagne, washed down with a Cruzcampo🍻
