Can you believe we’re already thinking about Christmas? 🎄

We’re busy behind the scenes working on our new decoration designs for this year’s Manchester Christmas Markets, and we’ve got some very exciting plans in the making.

Good things don’t come quickly, so we’re starting early!

For now, here’s a little trip down memory lane to our two bars and some of our fabulous staff last Christmas. ❤️

We've got a new name...

Today marks an exciting new chapter for us.

As we've grown, so has our business. What started with The Mill Exchange has become something much bigger, with multiple bars, new ideas, and exciting plans for the future.

That's why we're introducing Cobbles Mcr.🐝

The Mill Exchange isn't going anywhere—it's still one of our much-loved bars. But Cobbles Mcr is now the name that brings everything together, from our Christmas market bars to the new food and drink concepts we're creating for the future.
You'll still find the same team, the same homemade mulled wine, and the same passion for creating memorable experiences.

We're only just getting started.

Introducing our fabulous staff 💗💗

Every year, we go through a huge interview process with over 200 interviews, with around 60 people making it through to training!

Before the markets begin, our team takes part in an intense training programme to make sure everyone is fully prepared to deliver the best service possible.

Last week we did the most stunning flower installation course at .flowerschool !! Suzie was absolutely amazing and taught us tons about how we can use live flowers and different techniques to assist us with our Christmas installations

An amazing day and we can’t wait to put what we’ve learnt to use! Manchester Christmas markets 2026 pending….
