If you missed our newsletter last week, we announced that our grilled flatbread with beef fat and Urfa chilli is coming off the menu, until next year. With the Vesuvio tomato season having come to an end a couple of months ago, a mushroom and fino sherry flatbread will be taking its place. It’s very similar in flavour profile and appearance to the beef fat and Urfa chilli.

To make space for the new topping, it will be joined by the return of our original whipped lardo flatbread.

The last day of the beef fat will be Saturday 24th October. To stay in the loop for any updates, sign up link is in the bio.

On Sunday 26th July we’ll be serving a set menu of Panzanella, Littlewoods Butchers ex dairy sirloins with rainbow chard and fried potatoes and ending with a peach custard tart.

The set menu will be £50 per person and you can book as normal via our website.
