Customers & Friends

Since the beginning of this outbreak of Coronavirus we have been with the full support of our committed teams determined to keep a business as usual approach, because we believe our clubs play an important part in the communities they serve.

After taking account of official guidance from the UK Government, Public Health England and authorities across the border in Scotland, we have had to take the difficult decision to close. At the moment we are unsure how long we will be closed but we will let all of our customers know as soon as we re-open.

We hope that you all keep safe over the coming weeks and that the UK Government delivers on its promise to do “Whatever it takes” to protect the livelihoods of our colleagues and customers so that we can re-open our business for us all and recover from this pandemic.

At The Bierkeller Entertainment Complex we have made the difficult decision to close our doors temporarily.

We are now focusing on a different type of social responsibility and are prioritising the safety of our community, staff and guests in these uncertain times. We want to reassure everyone, that we will reopen and will come out of it stronger!

If you have a booking with us, we will contact you with more information on how to reschedule. If you have purchased tickets for events such as One Night in Nashville, R&B Brunch or Bingo Bango, please ensure you contact the event organiser, who will talk you through your options.
