A video entitled ‘Drawing Back’ made by Lime Arts artist in residence Annie Harrison as a key element of her MA. It portrays the history of the hospitals in a very different compelling and personal way through interviewing staff whilst recording their sketches on an ipad.

CF RECIPE BOOK

Lime has recently been commissioned to design and make a bespoke recipe book for people with Cystic Fibrosis. This project is a Lime Arts and Health Project in partnership with the Manchester Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre (MACFC).

Dawn Prescott Project Manager and artistic lead on this project has set up a blog to document the creative process and share ideas with patients and staff at the MACFC. So far there have been some brilliant and inspiring conversations with patients on the Pearce Ward who have provided great recipe ideas, design ideas and suggested loads of names for the book - the creativity down on the ward is astounding! The creation of the recipe book is very much lead by people with CF; their ideas, thoughts and creations steer the creative process and the production of the final designs.

If anyone out there can contribute to the collection of recipe ideas and suggestions or if you know people with CF please share this post. Send ideas to [email protected] you can also visit the CF Recipe book Blog too to find out how things are developing. http://cfrecipebook.wordpress.com/
