We've got cans of our brand-new pair of 6% IPA's, exploring the delicious differences between Cryo Hops and Cryo Fresh Hops. These beers have been made the exact same way using both Simcoe & Krush hops, with the focus on the way the hops have been processed and the subtle aroma and taste differences they give.

DECENT CHEESE 🧀

We’re hosting the showdown of all showdowns, a divider of all people but who will come out on top? Who will have the most Decent Cheese?
Submit your cheese, try a cheese, rate the cheese!

How it works
Customers and staff alike are invited to Unit 9 Taproom to submit one piece of cheese into the competition, the event organiser will take the cheese, assign a unique number to it and the cheese will be presented in banquet style to the enthusiastic participants. Over the course of the evening, participants will score the cheese, and at the end of the event the scores will be counted and the winning formaggio and their owner will be crowned victorious with a bar tab.

Each entry should come with a short write-up on why you think it's a decent cheese (We can provide paper and pens on-site) 🖋

mcr are a dad and daughter duo slinging the freshest vegan scran in Manchester. Passionate about great food and all things bread, they are reimagining your favourite dishes as plant based sarnies. Their dough is a bread hybrid, somewhere in between a flatbread and focaccia, lovingly created and baked by Dad.

💐 FLOWER POWER 💐

Recently we teamed up with our friends at and to brew up a brand new wheat beer, Deadhead. Inspired by their iconic witbier Flowers, this beer sits between a pale ale and a wheat beer so you're getting all the best parts of both styles - pillowy, soft mouthfeel and juicy haziness.

'Brewed with our friends at Cloudwater and Duration, this beer is a celebration of friendship, new life, and hope—watching something we once planted together earlier on in our brewery’s life come back into bloom' - Q***r Brewing said it best.

We'll be pouring Flowers and Deadhead at all our venues from Thursday 30th April with also pouring a selection of Duration beers 🍻

Come celebrate this wonderful collaboration with us 💕
