The Barking Dog Urmston Pub in a former post office building, specialises in cask ales, premium gins and premium wines. Children (& dogs!!) are very welcome until 10pm.

The Barking Dog Alehouse & Kitchen has taken over the glorious former post office in Urmston. Purpose built in 1939, this beautiful building has been lovingly restored retaining much of the original character, whilst at the same time making it a proper pub (it even has a snug!)
We employ locally, and support other local businesses. Regarding drinks expect plenty of cask ales, craft beers, fine wines and a good gin menu, as well as quality coffees.
