BTS 👀

We brine our Shropshire chickens fresh everyday for 12 hours in garlic, black peppercorns, lemon, fresh bay leaves and thyme. After that, we rub them with garlic oil and chicken salt before they’re roasted on the rotisserie for an hour.

Once they’re juicy and succulent, we baste them with a chicken herb butter. They’re always served fresh off the rotisserie, finished with our house chicken jus.
