Mixed berry & mascarpone waffle topped with a tart berry purée- fluffy, creamy, fruity heaven 🙌🏼

Inspired by the crazy yanks, we finally gave chicken & waffles a go… crispy fried chicken wings, golden waffle, and that sweet-savoury-spicy combo that somehow just makes perfect sense👏🏼
