A whole year of the worst revues you know and love. Unmarked VHS, Elvis Presley, Sevenyearwaitinglist, Accelerant and Fallen Lemon all on the bill. Tickets OTD. 🎸

SATURDAY 🏳️‍🌈 WITHINGTON PRIDE: BIG Q***R GAFF
We’re a host venue for Withington Pride! Collaborative upcycling with Magpie Workshops from 2pm, W*acking workshop with Jazz Dee from 6pm, Misfits Cabaret from 8pm. 🎤 NEW SHOW JUST ANNOUNCED 🎤

Award-winning comedian Lucy Beaumont, fresh off her stint on BBC’s Celebrity Traitors, is bringing a work-in-progress show to WPHI on Mon 21st Sept!

Expect stories about modern life, half-formed thoughts, and the extraordinary hiding in the deeply ordinary. Since it’s a work-in-progress, material is still being tried out and no two shows will be the same, so come be part of shaping it. Anything could happen.

FRIDAY 🎧 Paul Banks: SUDDI RAVAL
Paul Banks is joined by Suddi Raval for an evening celebrating Manchester’s legendary dance music scene. Live interview from 8pm covering Acid House, the clubs, the DJs and the stories behind one of the most exciting periods in the city’s musical history, followed by a special Acid House DJ set from Suddi himself. Doors 7:30pm, bar and pizza throughout. Advance tickets recommended. 🪩

SATURDAY 🔒 FULL VENUE PRIVATE HIRE
We’re closed to the public on Saturday this week. Come and see us Thursday and Friday instead. 🍕🍺

WOW WOW WOW!!

We’ve just had the most SPECIAL delivery from our friend, and expert LEGO builder Jon Funnell 😍

We’re absolutely over the moon with this model of our historic home 🥹 Jon has captured every little detail, right down to our secret message on the roof 🧱

We will temporarily be putting it intro safe storage whilst we work on a display solution, but watch this space for an official ribbon cutting ceremony 🫶

THURSDAY 🍕 OPEN HOUSE
We have a break from events this week. Stop by for a pizza, pint, game of table tennis etc etc. Bring your pals, and even bring a board game if you fancy!

FRIDAY + SATURDAY 🎈 CLOSED TO PUBLIC
On both evenings we have private events taking over the whole venue, meaning (sadly) we’re not open to usual pub goers. We’ll be back as usual next week - check out our upcoming events in the meantime!
