Choose between Moradabadi Chicken Biryani – fragrant rice and tender chicken thighs slow-cooked with ginger, garlic and coriander, or Calcutta Lamb Biryani, packed with tender lamb, golden potatoes, a boiled egg and those signature rose-kewra aromas.
