 As April approaches, we want to be upfront with you about something that weighs heavily on us—price increases.
Like many independent businesses, we're facing extreme rises in costs across the board. The increase in minimum wage and national insurance means not only higher wages for our team (which they absolutely deserve), but also higher costs from our suppliers, who are facing the same pressures.
Business rates are rising, and gas and electricity continue to spiral-not just for us, but for everyone in the industry.
Because of this, you will notice price increases across our food and drink. This isn't about making more profit-it's simply about keeping the doors open, paying our team fairly, and ensuring we can continue serving you.
We know times are tough for everyone. If that means you visit less often, or choose one pint instead of two, please know that we completely understand and deeply appreciate your support in any form. Every visit, every drink, every meal—it all makes a difference.
Thank you for sticking with us. We're incredibly grateful for this community, and we'll keep doing everything we can to make sure your local remains a place you can always call home.
