Two new dishes on the menu ☀️

Pinchitos de pollo morunos with green aioli and presa Ibérica — often called the Wagyu of pork — with coriander salsa verde.

And the best bit? They’re both included in Tapas Tuesday.

3 dishes for £20 every Tuesday.

This Sunday, try a taste of what’s to come at Beeswing over the summer months. Including this epic sharing board of Iberian Presa - a tender shoulder cut that cooks like steak for a rich, juicy centrepiece - and delectable summery sides.

Two new ones just landed from Moldova 🇲🇩 and they’re a bit special.

Jumi Jumi (which loosely translates as “let’s go / let’s share” (so basically your cue to order a bottle and not be selfish)
A slightly rogue blend of Chardonnay & Riesling — sounds mad, works beautifully. Think juicy apricot, citrus peel, a little waxy texture and that bright, zippy finish that keeps you going back in. Low intervention, high reward.

Doldora
A Saperavi from Moldova bringing all the drama in the best way — deep, juicy, silky, proper crowd-pleaser but still feels a bit special. One of those reds that disappears suspiciously quickly.

Moldova’s been quietly making wine for thousands of years, and it shows — these are proper hidden gems.

By the glass, by the bottle, or… you know… jumi jumi it.
