Introducing May's W**e of The Month 🍾

We thought that St George's Day would be the best day to introduce next month's W**e of The Month from Silverhand Estate , an award-winning sparkling w**e producer from Kent, widely recognised for its innovative and environmentally conscious approach to w**emaking.

🥂Silver Reign Brut NV is a fresh, elegant sparkling w**e made using the Charmat method, blending Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. It offers delicate floral aromas, notes of pear, citrus, and stone fruits, and a crisp, refreshing finish.

🥂Silver Reign Organic Rosé Brut NV, crafted from Pinot Noir, delivers vibrant flavours of wild strawberries and ripe summer fruits, creating a lively and refined sparkling rosé.

Both award-winning w**es are made using the Charmat method, also known as 'Cuve Close' or Tank Method, which is widely associated with the production of Prosecco in Italy.
