A lot has changed since the brewery first started in a garage in 2011, but we’ve always been a rag-tag bunch of miscreants and misfits, so a party on International Talk Like A Pirate Day feels very fitting!

Join us on Saturday 19th September for a fun-filled day of beers, food, face painting, and music! Come in your finest piratey garb for a pint on the house 🍻

This month is jam packed with good times - quiz nights, open mics, live music, and our brewery’s birthday party!

Join us on Saturday 19th September for a pirate themed birthday party, celebrating 15 years of Brass Castle in the best way we know how… with good beers in great company! There’ll be food, music, face painting, and a free beer for anyone in pirate fancy dress, so come and party with us!

All events are free entry, no booking required.

We’re kicking off the week with quiz night tonight, hosted by Aidan and Seamus to mix things up a bit!

On Sunday we’re switching it up too, with a night of live music in place of our regular music quiz.

All events are free entry.

It’s open mic night!

We open at 4pm today, and open mic starts at 7pm. Get in early if you want a good seat, the front row fills up fast!

If you want to have a go, just let us know! There’s a free drink in it for all performers, and a big round of applause!

We have no Saturday Scran this month, but Sun Of Seitan will be joining us to celebrate our Vonnie’s birthday on Friday 21st from 5pm, with live music from local legend Graeme Hargreaves at 7pm!

Graeme will also be performing on Sunday 16th, and Saturday 29th, so come down to support an excellent local musician. If you want to have a go, we have open mic nights on Thursday 6th and 20th, with a free drink for performers!

All events are free entry, and no need to book in advance.
